More Payment Options with 3rd Party Payment Gateways

Booksure is proud to offer 2 new payment methods giving guests and members more payment options. 

According to a Worldpay forecast, more than half of the online payments for travel will be made via alternative payment methods in 2017.  Alternative payment methods incorporate any means of payment over the internet other than Credit & Debit Cards.

With the introduction of Monsterpay and Paypal, Booksure establishments can now accept payments into their own Paypal or Monsterpay accounts.  In addition to paying with credit card, the guest also benefits from being able to transact directly via his/her Paypal or Monsterpay account.  

Monsterpay in South Africa also enables guests to pay via SID Instant EFT.   SID Instant EFT is South Africa’s most trusted online payment alternative to credit card. It lets customers make secure online payments directly from their bank accounts via their trusted Internet banking.

All payments made via the alternative gateways will automatically reflect within the Establishment’s Booksure account.  The guest will receive booking confirmation details instantaneously via e-mail and SMS.

With Real-time, guests can view your availability, confirm their booking and make payment right there and then.

Research shows that most travellers prefer their booking process to be streamlined and instant, without having to wait for a response from an establishment.


Furthermore, in your redesigned Booksure system, you are able to select the number of rooms that you would like to make available to Online Distribution.  So if this whole Real-time thing makes you a little nervous, why not only make 2 of your 6 double rooms available? 

If you are still sceptical about switching to Real-time, Booksure offers a 24 hour authorisation option, which gives you a period of 24 hours to accept or decline such Real time bookings.
